The Augusta Exchange is an 87-acre regional power center in Augusta, Georgia located directly of the intersection of I-520 and I-20 and is a 1/4 of a mile from Augusta Mall.[2] Located on former farm land[3], the center opened in October 1997 and leases approximately 800,000 square feet (74,000 m2) of retail space.[1] Its main anchors are Target[4], Ashley Furniture[5], and a 20-screen Regal Cinemas movie theater.[6] The shopping center is currently owned by Kimco Realty.
