In the Dungeons and Dragonsfantasyrole-playing game, the Avalancher is an Outsider from the Elemental Plane of Earth. It has a large, round central body made entirely out of rock, with 6, insect-like stony apendages for legs and a single eye stalk with a large, orange, glowing eye protruding from the top of the front. At the front of the central body is a teethed mouth. It lives in mountains. As its name suggests, it attacks by using its legs to dislodge boulders and cause earthquakes and avalanches.
