The Bologna Center Journal of International Affairs is an academic journal founded in 1994. It is published by the Bologna Center of the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. The journal took its present from in 1997, as students at the center improved the scholarly journal in order to provide a forum for discussion and dissemination of ideas about current issues in the field of international relations. The journal focuses mainly on European and world affairs, as does the SAIS Review, with a policy-focused perspective that can still be appreciated by academics. Articles are intended for an educated yet diverse audience,so highly technical language and equations are discouraged. The journal, which is edited by graduate students at SAIS, has attracted work from major academicians and policymakers. The journal is published annually in May. Circulation is 400 and the average length of an issue is 196 pages. See alsoExternal links |
