The Comedi project develops open source device drivers, tools, and libraries for data acquisition. COMEDI is an acronym for Control and Measurement Device Interface. This open source project defines an Application Program Interface (API) and driver structure for data acquisition. The API is well documented and is used on Linux, Bsd and Windows operating systems. The project includes a collection of drivers for data acquisition hardware. The included drivers are implemented as a core Linux kernel module providing common functionality and individual low-level driver modules. External links |
