This account has been blocked indefinitely from editing Wikipedia, because of concerns that the chosen username may not meet our username policy.
Our username policy provides guidance on selecting your username. In brief, usernames should not be offensive, disruptive, promotional, related to a 'real-world' group or organization, confusing, or misleading. If you have already made edits and wish to keep your existing contributions under a new name you may request a change in username which is quick and easy. To do so, please follow these directions:
UnblockedI've unblocked your account. My reason for blocking is that this is a shared account, and several of your edits have been on articles directly related to your company - i.e. ITU-T and Malcolm Johnson (Director), which can be considered promotional edits. I would like to suggest you read the Conflict of Interest guidelines, as well as the Username guidelines. I would appreciate you changing your username, but I'm not going to press it. Another concern that has been raised is the copyright issues in content you added to "Malcolm Johnson (Director)". Please read through the Donating Copyrighted Materials guidelines. If you want to pursue making the material on [1] and [2] public domain or GFDL, the guideline I linked to will give you information on that process. The permissions group will be able to un-delete the article when the process is completed. If you have any further questions or comments, please feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. I'm sorry if I've caused any inconvenience. -- SatyrTN (talk / contribs) 01:54, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
