Vallourec S.A. (Euronext: VK) is a French group of companies specialised in hot rolled seamless steel tubes, expandable tubular technology, automotive parts and stainless steel. The firm is headquartered in the Paris suburb of Boulogne-Billancourt. Vallourec shares are listed on Euronext Paris and joined the CAC 40 index on 18 December 2006, replacing those of Publicis.[2]
