Wayne Green (1922?, Littleton, New Hampshire) is an American publisher and writer, founder of 73, 80 Micro, Byte, CD Review, Cold Fusion, Kilobaud Microcomputing, RUN and others. Green is also an international consultant. In the early 1980s, he assisted in the creation of the groundbreaking Brazilian microcomputing magazine, Micro Sistemas.

Licensed by the Federal Communications Commission in the Amateur Radio Service with the callsign W2NSD, Green had an exceptional curiosity about the physical universe, and over the years, developed numerous approaches to resolving problems, including innovations in the use of radio frequency modes, cold fusion experiments, quasi-medical or health related technologies, etc.

Today, he lives in a farmhouse in Hancock, New Hampshire, where he maintains a website featuring selections of content from his on-line bookstore, including his previous publications, and lectures.
