Formerly Nirv Centre, and also know as "Web Networks" or simply "Web", Web Community Resource Networks is a Canadian non-profit organization founded in 1987 to assist socially-minded individuals and organization use Internet tools to support their mission. Web Networks was a founding member of the Association for Progressive Communication.

Current activities include an international blogging community (topics include Cycling [1], Celebrities [2], Sexual Health [3], Creativity [4], Coffee [5] and others) providing website development and hosting services to hundreds of Canadian non-government organizations (NGOs), unions, and social entrepreneurs, including the New Democratic Party of Canada, as well as supporting Canada's Inuit people in Nunavut view and publish the Inuktitut language on web pages (in partnership with the Pirurvik Centre).

Web Networks was the first Canadian organization to receive a UNESCO "Information for All"("IFAP") grant in 2005, to extend its work in Nunavut to indigenous groups in Central and South America.
