You can see the most recently created usernames at the user creation log. No name should be reported here unless it is clearly inappropriate, in violation of the policy. Reports should be made using {{user-uaa}}, and comments on reports can be made with {{UAA}}.
Instructions for filing editors – please read:
When you report a name here, you are asserting that the user with that name needs to be immediately blocked. Your report must explain what is problematic about the username, as not all violations of the username policy require blocks.
For ordinary violations of the username policy, do not use this page. Instead, warn the user and ask them to change their name, possibly using the {{uw-username}} template.
RFCN is a forum for discussing possible violations when the user has already been notified and had a chance to discuss. You should not normally move names from here to WP:RFCN; instead, notify the user and allow them to discuss with you, or simply remove the name if you believe it does not need to be blocked.
Some names should not be blocked right away, but monitored to see if the user uses them abusively. These names go on the holding pen page.
This page is not for reporting vandalism; use WP:AIV for that. It is also not for reporting conflicts of interest and self-promotion; use WP:COIN for that. Use this page when the problem is the username.

Note: er, no, the message I saw is a standard welcome, no questioning the name. Not sure it it's disruptive, maybe a request for name change would be good. -- Alexf(talk) 18:02, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
You're correct. I've left (the appropriate) note on their talk page. Cheers! ‑- 18:32, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
