The World Congress of Ethnic Religions (WCER) was established in June 1998 in Vilnius. Their primary goal is the strengthening of indigenous ethnic religions and to foster religious tolerance [1]. Their ninth annual conference was held in Jaipur, India on the 5th-10th of February, 2006. Their tenth congress was held in various places in Latvia from June 19th to 21st 2007

Members are mostly European Neopagan organizations, but the WCER is in principle open to organizations from any continent.
