The XX Army Corps was a unit of the German Army that was stationed in Allenstein. At the beginning of World War I, the corps was transferred to the Eastern Front. [1]

In 1914, the component units of the division were:

  • 37th Division
  • 41st Division [2]
  • 1st Light Infantry Battalion Graf York von Wartenburg
  • 1st Machine-gun Detachment
  • 5th Machine-gun Detachment
  • Pioneer Command (XX Corps)
    • 23rd Pioneer Battalion (2nd West Prussian)
    • 26th Pioneer Battalion
  • 20th Training Battalion
