PrivacyYodlee's Privacy Policy FAQ references TRUSTe and the FTC as additional sources of privacy information, presumably relevant to Yodlee's policy.[2] However, the supplied TRUSTe validation link fails,[3] and the TRUSTe site does not list Yodlee as a current sealholder.[4] Yodlee responded to an October, 2008 request for clarification of their privacy policy and TRUSTe status by confirming that they chose not to renew the original TRUSTe certification. They opted instead to align with the BITS banking consortium along with FFIEC oversight of Yodlee operations as per regulations and guidelines for financial security providers. They also indicated the privacy pages on their web site would be corrected to show the BITS alignment. PartnersYodlee works with several partners as a service provider. This includes websites like Mint.com and several large banks and financial institutions. Bank of America's My Portfolio service is powered by Yodlee. Citibank, AOL and Wachovia have discontinued the Yodlee service. InvestorsYodlee has gone through multiple rounds of financing. In a press release in June 2008, it was announced that Bank of America led a $35 million financing and existing Yodlee investors, including its largest shareholder Warburg Pincus along with Accel Partners and Institutional Venture Partners also participated in the financing round.
