Yoshihisa Hirano (平野 佳寿 Hirano Yoshihisa?), born March 8, 1984 in Kyoto, Japan, is a professional Japanese baseball player for the Orix Buffaloes in Nippon Professional Baseball. He was the number 1 draft pick by the Orix Buffaloes in 2005.
